We are pleased to announce that the Black Heart Association has been identified as a funding recipient of the Novartis STEP (Solution to Empower Patients) ProgramTM! The STEP ProgramTM seeks to help patient advocacy organizations address unmet needs in order to reduce the burden of disease and help create a path to better care. This year’s program focused on supporting innovative ideas aimed at addressing health disparities that adversely affect populations that have systematically experienced greater obstacles by either improving health literacy, patient education or access to health services. We look forward to kicking off the program!
