On March 9, 2019, Stephen Jordan, Sr., a beloved father, brother, and friend, tragically passed away from a hypertensive heart attack. His sudden departure left a deep void in the lives of his family, especially his three children who were at critical stages in their lives. Stephen's story fuels our commitment to raising awareness about heart disease and ensuring that no other family has to endure such a loss. By sharing his story, we honor his memory and strive to educate others about the importance of heart health screenings and prevention.

April 01, 1986 - June 19, 2024“MESSAGE/TRIBUTE:
Kevin Peter Frank Jr. was a devoted Husband, a loving Father, a caring son and an amazing human being. Kevin was selfless, empathetic, and had such a kind soul. He would use his words to uplift anyone that came in his path. Kevin was about unity and coming together because he believed in showing grace, moving in kindness, breathing compassion, speaking in truth, and forgiving others. Kevin loved his four sons who were 11, 9, 4 and 3. He did everything to give them the world because they were his world. He coached their football league, took them fishing, cooked meals with them, played countless games of trivia and board games with them because he loved being present in their lives. Kevin cherished his wife of 19 years who he loved with every fiber of his heart. Sadly one day when he was making lunch with his sons in the kitchen, while his wife was upstairs he had a heart attack in front of his sons and died instantly. Kevin died from Coronary Artery Disease on June 19, 2024. Kevin didn’t just leave this world, but he left those who considered him as their world. Kevin’s memory will remain in our hearts forever.
SPECIAL MEMORIES:
Karaoke nights, trivia games in the car, barbecue in the backyard, fishing, fireworks on Fourth of July, roasting marshmallows in the fire pit late at night, teaching the boys magic tricks, playing dominoes on family game nights, coaching the boys football league.

June 22, 1929 — SEPTEMBER 16, 1997“Always keep your peace, even if it means living in a box.”
Message/Tribute: A loving husband of 47 years, a caring father of 7, a great grandfather, and a retired VET. An honorable man that was loved by many.
Special Memories: Always made time to be at all family events (especially if they were sports).

January 22, 1976 — October 31, 2018Message/Tribute: Wayne Lamont Johnson Jr.(Fish Grease) was an amazing big brother, loving uncle, devoted son, and dependable friend. Sadly, he passed away at just 42 years young due to CHF (congested heart failure). There has never been a time that we thought that our brother would not be here with us as we age, guiding his niece and nephews and playing the same pranks he did with us on them. His jokes, laughter, wisdom, and food trips will always be missed. Our brother's premature passing is why being educated about heart health is important and brings awareness about how to prevent and manage heart disease, especially as an African American.
