Black Heart Association’s 2nd Annual Move for the Beat 5K is back on Saturday, August 30, 2025—and every step helps fund free, life-saving heart health screenings across underserved communities.
This is more than a run—it’s a mission.
Every 40 seconds, someone in the United States dies from a heart attack. Many never knew they were at risk. That’s where you come in.
When you register for Move for the Beat, you help us provide free heart screenings, promote early detection, and spread awareness of cardiovascular risk factors. Your participation helps break generational cycles of preventable heart disease, especially in Black and underserved communities.
