HOW IT WORKS
Screenings involve a finger prick and take less than 5 minutes. Participants will receive test results via their portal within seven to ten days. Afterward, a private and confidential review of patient results is conducted.

Black Heart Association (BHA) strives to enhance health outcomes in communities of color, focusing on eliminating heart-health disparities through advocacy, education, and empowerment. Founded by a three-time heart attack survivor, BHA emphasizes the significance of heart health screenings and education in preventing heart disease. Our advocacy efforts aim to raise awareness about the causes, effects, and symptoms of heart disease, particularly in underserved communities lacking access to healthcare.
