our mission

The Black Heart association’s mission is to eliminate preventable cardiovascular health disparities through advocacy, education, free preventative heart health screenings, early detection and connections to care.

We meet people where they live, work, worship, learn and gather helping individuals know their numbers, understand their risks, and access support before a health crisis occurs.
